Democrats Abroad and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) have instituted a
new primary system in 2008
that applies to all Democratic voters overseas.

We want everyone concerned to know the new
Global Democratic Presidential Primary
is taking place in Luxembourg on February 12^th 2008.

If you care whether
Clinton or Obama is the Democratic Presidential candidate, you must vote in the primaries!
